Sleeps 10 in 5 double bedrooms (4 ensuite), a family bathroom. 300SqM, air conditioned; mature terraced Mediterranean fruit garden, 100+ Sq M stone terraces, large kitchen/breakfast, living room (fireplace), drawing room, dinning room, cellar, utility room. 200m from the sea, panoramic views and 5 minutes walk from Dubrovnik Old Town. The property is ideal as an extended family holiday home, children and pets are welcome. Situated next to Saint Peters church with resident nuns, the property is meant for peaceful relaxation, and unsuitable for rowdy holiday makers. Downstairs living room is open plan with a stone fireplace, direct access to the terraces (a sofa bed). On the first floor is a large open plan drawing room with an additional sofa bed, as well as two further reading rooms all with sea views. The house is a five minute walk from the delights of Dubrovnik and a 5 minute walk to the ramparts of the Old City of Dubrovnik. Located 7 minutes to the commercial centre of Gruz which contains fresh fish and vegetable markets, and European standard supermarkets. Local buses stop 50 meters from the front gate for access to the ferry port of Gruz for day-trips to the surrounding Dalmatian Islands. A car is not necessary to explore the pedestrianised City of Dubrovnik. Local shops for immediate provisions are a 2 minute walk away. This exclusive property is close to restaurants, historical sites and beaches and 20 minutes drive from Dubrovnik, Cilipi airport. The exact location can be found on Google earth.

  • Minimum 1 week stay. The prices are minimum rental rates and subject to variation, depending on the number of guests staying, duration (1 or 2 weeks) and start dates. We aim to be flexible about changeover day, subject to earlier confirmed bookings However Saturday afternoon arrival and to the following Saturday morning departure is preferred. A 50% advanced payment is due upon booking. The balance is due upon arrival as well as EUR 100 refundable cash deposit.

The owners will require brief daily access to the premises in order to water the garden and plants and ensure the property is being duly cared for. We aim to keep such visits to times which involve the minimum of inconvenience to our guests and intrusion on their privacy. Pets must be notified and agreed with the owner in advance. The owner reserves the right to charge additionally EUR 70 for cleaning after pets and where it is deemed necesary for additional and exceptional cleaning at the end of the stay.
