Enjoying Assisi amazing landscape, medieval walls, surrounded by the most beautiful countryside. Breathing space, ideal to enjoy old town atmosphere with really modern amenities, making for an incomparable stay. Not to mention the great feelings you’ll find in the arts and in the kind people. Landlady and landlord living two hundred meters away, ready to help you in any way, truly making you feel at home. Suitable for any need: next to parking garage, shopping, markets, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, bus. All downstairs.

A perfect location in Umbria!

We stayed here for a week in August and it was truly a home away from home--a fully stocked kitchen, living room with TV, magazines and all the tourist info you could want, a master bedroom looking over the hills and rooftops of Umbria, and a separate little loft with 2 more beds--more than enough space for our family. Also, the location is amazing! You literally look out the front door of the building at the 2300 year old Etruscan arch and you are within 5 minutes walking distance of the main piazza of Perugia. Right across the street is an authentic, homestyle Umbrian cooking with several courses, for 13 Euros a person, including sweets. The owners are super nice and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend Dimora La Sapienza!
