Details Villa: Fully equipped with air conditioning for the summer months, & underfloor heating for the winter months, the villa can be occupied any time of year. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms; one is master with a double bed and one with twin beds and both have en suite facilities. The bedrooms has access to the outside terrace area which overlooks the pool and rear garden. The villa is equipped with TV and wireless internet access. Kitchen – Through the dining area you will find a well equipped, modern kitchen with all the amenities and appliances you will need should you to choose to dine in. You will find 2 bedrooms located on the first floor, with double beds in each room. Both have en suite bathrooms and access to their own private balconies which overlook the pool and spectacular view mountains.

Local area: The villa is situated in a quiet and rural location . It is a 10 minutes drive to Estoi a typical Algarvian peaceful country town that has several restaurants, bars and supermarkets and small daily market. The best beaches are Praia do Ancâo Faro Island and Fuzeta all under half an hour away and the beaches at Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo also easily accessible. The motorway is 10 minutes away though hidden by the hills, which means many golf courses are within 40 mins drive, Lisbon 2.5 hours and the Spanish border 30 mins.

Algarve: Portugal lays claim to some of Europe’s most stunning, golden sandy beaches, secluded coves and incredible rock formations which span the coast-line. The Algarve is classed as a European Paradise and this is what has made Portugal the popular tourist destination it has now become.
