The old town of Pollenca is a hub of activity during the Summer months. The large square is the most stunning site with its large Church, pavements cafes and the pungent smell of food escaping from the restaurants that surround the Plaza Major.
A climb up the 365 Calvario steps, some exquisite shopping,a browse in one of the many galleries or even a fantastic ice-cream cone is one of the many ways that you may enjoy an evening in the village.
Alternatively you can visit Port de Polenca where you will find many bars and restaurants in the squares aswell as the many bars that line the seafront.
For a more romantic stroll - take a walk around the fantastic marina and enjoy the sea breeze as it makes its way into land from Formentor, bringing with it a unique freshness.
Port de Pollenca is a popular resort but it tends to attract a more middle aged crowd.
The atmosphere during the evening is very relaxed as people explore the Pinewalk and enjoy the street entertainment available.
