The house is located in a 150m² large, groomed garden facing one of the Chiemsee bays. Dock about 4 minute walk from the house (about 200m to riverside pathway). Marina with boat rental (Sail boats, row boats, electric boats) nearby. The tennis courts and golf courses in Cheimgau can be reached quickly and effortlessly. During the winter, the snowy slopes are less than an hour away. It is only about an 8 minute drive to Prien (where you will find superb shopping facilities) and to the next station for the Chiemsee boat rides (regular service to Frauen- and Herrenchiemsee). You can have an idyllic view of the lake and the picturesque foothills from almost every room. 160 m² living space – primarily for private use – is designed with high quality and with a lot of attention paid to detail.

Notes to the rental rates

• The above mentioned prices apply for 1 person including visitor’s tax. Each extra person is charged 15 €/day (including visitor’s tax – maximum of 7 people). An additional non-recurring fee for final cleaning will be charged and is to be paid in cash upon departure. The final cleaning costs 85 € for a booking with 1-4 people, 5 – 7 people 100 €. Included in the rental price are bed sheets and towels. A security deposit of 500 € must be paid before the rental term on site. The payment should be made when receiving the keys and be paid in cash. The security deposit will be paid back upon departure with deductions made for damages/losses.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the Chiemsee Vacation home in Bavaria, Germany

Skiing Information:

During the winter, the snowy slopes are only an hour away (for example Aschau, Reit im Winkl, Kössen).

Golf Information:

Different golf courses (like Prien a. Chiemsee, Ising, Chieming, Höslwang) are less than a 15 minute drive away. Tip: one of the most beautiful scenic courses in Germany is also 25 minutes away (GC Reit im Winkl/Kössen). Please make a timely reservation.
