This is a golfer's paradise and the property is only a short drive from the superb Santa Clara, Rio Real and Marbella Club golf courses and many others along the coast, with Santa Maria Golf itself on the doorstep. The Sierra de la Nieves national park is 30 minutes drive away where you can enjoy 4x4 Jeep safaris, paint-ball fighting, shooting, quad-biking, fishing, mountain-biking, hill-walking and equestrian sports. There are aqua parks, aquariums, dolphin trips and great shopping facilities, with the Selwo safari park a children's favourite. Marbella and Puerto Banus offer fantastic bars, restaurants and nightclubs.  Places To Visit: Mijas and the famous Andalusian white villages are a short drive inland. Nikki Beach in Elviria and Puerto Ban Banus are the places to people-watch and shop until you drop. Gibraltar and the barbary apes are an easy drive. The old town of Malaga is worth a visit - don't miss the Pablo Picasso museum.

A STYLISH WELL-LOCATED APARTMENT...: The apartment can be a great place to get away from it all - high on a hill, with great views towards the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other. Far away from the crowds you can top up your tan and sip a cool drink on the secluded sun terrace. Yet when you feel like some action the buzz of Marbella is only a few minutes' drive away. There are two spacious swimming pools to choose from, plus private parking underneath the building with a lift connecting you to the top floor apartment. Satellite TV showing UK programmes.

GOLF ON THE DOORSTEP: This is truly a golfers paradise! The long hours of sunshine have established the region as a firm favourite amongst golf aficionados - there are over 300 days of sunshine a year. The courses and facilities are kept in immaculate condition throughout the whole year and are unaffected by the harsh northern continental winter.

TO EXPERIENCE THE REAL SPAIN ...: You can visit Ojen, Istan,Casares, Gaucin and the famous Andalusian white villages, again just 20 minutes drive inland. In the winter you can ski on the Sierra Nevada in the morning and in the afternoon enjoy some sunbathing on the beach. It is only a three hours drive away. The old town of Malaga is worth a visit. The highlights include the Pablo Picasso museum. Take the road west towards Gibraltar to say hello to the Barbary apes or catch a wave at Tarifa which with its spectacular sand-dunes and massive breakers is a paradise for surf-boarders.
