Malaga City holiday apartment: Malaga City Center (Historic Area)

......this apartment is small. I didn't have the tape measure, but the 45m² quoted in the description felt somewhat overstated. The kitchenette is tiny and cluttered (though the fridge/freezer is huge!) making anything beyond the most basic heating of food a challenge. A great toaster provided, but only a small travelling kettle that had no cut out and needed to be unplugged from a not easily accessible socket when boiling. There is no dining table so any food needs to be eaten from your lap or hunched over the coffee table. The balconies are also tiny; no room for a chair (only one provided anyway) and you might get the impression from the description that these overlook the square. They don't, instead looking into apartments across the narrow street - in fact the apartment is not on San Francisco Square as described, but one of the streets leading to it. And it's noisy, especially Friday & Saturday night from people gathering around the square and the rest of the time from other apartments in the block. It was challenging for 2 of us, for 4 I think it would be a big strain. It's all open plan so not a huge amount of privacy between the different sleeping quarters. But the location is fantastic, near the cathedral, Alcazabar, museums, great bars & restaurants and a short walk to buses and trains, so if you are just using it as a base for exploring the city and surrounding area by public transport, this could be the apartment for you.
