Brand new fully furnished luxury villa at Greco Mare private estate. Traditional character on the outside - stone paving, wooden pergolas, but modern in the inside - marble/ parquet flooring, stylish bathrooms and Italian design kitchen. The two large bedrooms and a large bathroom with WC are located on the 1st floor. The sitting room, dining area, the fully equipped kitchen and modern shower with WC are located on the ground floor. The two sofa beds and an extra built-in wardrobe at the sitting room area make this space an independent bedroom for two. Air conditioning in all rooms. Shutters with movable fins and curtains available in the bedrooms; sun-block blinds on windows and terrace doors of the sitting/ dining areas. The private swimming pool and the outside shower are surrounded by stone patio and garden. Comfy sun beds, large umbrellas, other garden furniture, BBQ, table football, beach toys, TV, DVD also available. Private covered car park at front of property.

Located minutes walk from the heart of Protaras resort; one of the three towns in the district of Ammochostos (Famagusta). This small town has enchantment and is well known for some of the most beautiful beaches with golden sand and sparkling turquoise clear waters. Two of the most popular beaches are the Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Beach. Both have all necessary facilities, plus all the latest water sports and are minutes walk from the villa. Cavo Greco, a National Forest Park is also minutes walk from the villa. It is a unique area of natural beauty (300 plant species) offering a wide range of interests such as cycling, riding, air sports, and hiking. To date, 9 trails have been constructed here. A Maritime Heritage Centre, an Ocean Aquarium, the Thalassa (Sea) Museum, Ayia Napa Monastery are also within easy reach from the villa. Traditional Cypriot cuisine, international cuisine, pubs, clubs, bars, traditional coffee shops can all be found near the property.

PERFECT HOLIDAY

Just got back from 2 weeks of pure bliss @ summer breeze villa in cyprus!!
The villa was perfect in every way for us as a family (2 adults & 1 child age 13)
Really well maintained & Peta the cleaner does a fabulous job, she can also arrange airport transfers at very resonable price!!

Plenty of room for the 3 of us, even enough wardrobe space for me!!
2 great bathrooms to chose from.
Washing machine came in handy, so that I did not have to worry about a pile of washing on our return home & clothes dried quickly outside.

The swimming pool was perfect for dipping into when we got too hot.

Plenty of pans/plates etc, if you want to eat in, though we tended to eat out more.

With the euro as bad as it is against the £ at the moment, we did find things a little expensive. For eating out we used the little pub 5 mins walk from the villa. Great food - Great prices & fabulous friendly service.

Small sandy cove 5 mins walk from the villa or beatiful Konnos beach about 10/15 walk.

We have been to cyprus on many occasions over the years, so have a fair idea of where we are going & what places to visit. For us the villa was in a perfect position as it was so quiet & relaxing.

Protaras "strip" could be reached on foot in about 30 mins but there is a bus stop just over the road next to the super market, where buses will take you to either Aiya napa or Protaras. 1.5 euro fare however far u go. Bus takes about 5/10 mins into Protaras.

We hired a car for 7 days, which meant we could go a little farther without having to rely on buses.

Whilst we were at the villa, we got to meet Maria (the owner) & her family, which was great!!
Maria is such a lovely person & answered all my emails promptly when we first enquired about the villa. The booking procedure was very straight forward

This holiday has been the most enjoyable, relaxing holiday that we have ever had, as a family & I would happily recommend anybody stay at Maria's villa.

If anybody would like to know anymore info, I am happy for Maria to pass my details onto you, so that I may answer any questions you have.

We will definately be back at "summer breeze" villa very soon!!!!!!!!!

We have just got back from 8 days at the 'Summer Breeze' Villa and would highly recommend this Villa to anyone. The description given is very accurate and the owner was very helpful throughout the whole booking experiance.
The Villa was clean and well maintained and had everything you need for a villa holiday. The supermarket is just 1 minute walk away which is ideal and there are bars & restuarants a couple of minutes walk away.
We all really enjoyed our stay and will be returning to Protaras and The Summer Breeze Villa.
