This brand new, fully air-conditioned, ground floor apartment has been built and finished to the highest specifications. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and opens onto the enclosed terrace with garden and a view of the pool. The second bedroom is a twin room leading through patio doors onto the rear terrace. The living area is well equipped with luxury sofas and a solid wood dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a 32' LCD TV, digital Satellite receiver, PlayStation 2, DVD and CD player with MP3 connection and multi room speaker system. The living area opens onto the gated patio with garden and has a table and chairs and private sun loungers. A short path leads to the jacuzzi and pool. The kitchen is also fully equipped with brand new modern appliances and leads onto the rear patio with table and chairs. The beach is only 500 metres away and the nearest golf course is a couple of minutes drive. Lagos town centre is a five minute drive away.

Porto De Mos beach is a short walk from the apartment with its beautiful white sands. It is a fantastic place to relax with 2 lovely restaurants. There are also sunbeds for hire. There are also other lovely beaches in Lagos and along the surrounding coastline. Porto De Mos is a short distance from Lagos. Lagos is a beautiful market town set within one of the largest bays on the Algarve. Lagos is one of the Algarve's oldest and most interesting towns. Within the historic walls there is an abundance of cafes and restaurants along it's cobbled streets. The marina de Lagos offers a touch of elegance with its restaurants, shops, bars and cafes and is also an important yachting centre, where many boating trips can be arranged. Lagos combines both a local and tourist fee, better than anywhere else on the Algarve. There is always a good local presence when you visit this typical Portuguese town.

Outside Apartment: The apartment has a patio area to the front with a table and chairs, private sunbeds and a small garden. A gate then leads to the pool area and jacuzzi. The pool/garden area is enclosed by a small wall to keep the facilities private for the use of the apartments. There is also a patio area to the rear of the apartment, again with a table and chairs.

Lagos Details: Porto De Mos is a short distance from Lagos. Lagos is a beautiful market town set within one of the largest bays on the Algarve. Lagos is one of the Algarve's oldest and most interesting towns. Within the historic walls there is an abundance of cafes and restaurants along it's cobbled streets. The facilities were excellent, the photos don't do it justice! Very luxurious and very well equiped. As it was new it was very clean and well maintained! Gardners came once a week while we were there and cleaners came twice a week! It was in an excellent location being on the ground floor, which meant that children could play safely in the pool and still be kept an eye on.
Excellent customer services with the owner and the algarve accomodation people while we were there, very happy to help.
I would most certainly recommend this to friends as it was a superb apartment in a great location and being on a complex made it easy to meet others.
We drove to lots of beaches while we were there, Salema is very nice and safe for children to play on. We ventured out to the Costa Vincentina on the East coast near Aljezur, very nice beaches with good waves for surfing! A trip to Monchique is worth it for the view!! The main beach in Lagos was a bit breezy but nice when its too hot!
The transfer from Faro aiport was swift, bags were on the carousel as we arrived and straight to the car hir place. We took out SATNAV which made it easy to find our way around! we were by the pool just after lunch on the day we arrived. It also helped that the owner had got a few pieces of food in, bread, milk, water, ham, cheese and fruit so we didn't need to rush off to the supermarket!.

I stayed at this apartment with my husband for 1 week in July 2009. The apartment is fantastic - spacious and modern, a real home from home. The weather was perfect - clear blue skies all week. We had a really relaxing break. We would happily recommend this apartment to our friends and family.

2 weeks in Porto de Mos

We stayed in this apartment in late May 2009 for two weeks. This was our first holiday with our 6 month old so it was important to us that we stayed in somewhere clean and well equipped and this apartment certainly ticked those boxes and more. It is fitted to a very high standard and is set in well maintained and quiet grounds and has underground parking. It was perfect for what we needed and we had two very relaxing weeks there. There was some building work locally but it was not intrusive or noisy.We had a couple of very minor issues which were resolved in record time which i was impressed by. The town of Lagos is a five minute drive away (or about 6 euro in a taxi) and there is plenty of free parking around the town. This was our second time in Lagos and i dont think it will be our last visit. Most of the town is pedestrianised and it has plenty of good restaurants, bars and cafes. So would i stay in this apartment again? Absolutely.

We had a great holiday in the apartment. The apartment is brand new with all of the mod cons you'd expect and the complex is nice and quiet with a lovely pool and jacuzzi. We were impressed with the way that the complex was enclosed, allowing our kids to play without any worries. The owner came back to us quickly in relation to the booking and had a good system with managing agents on site. The apartment is nice and close to the lovely Porto De Mos beach. We had a couple of great meals in one of the restaurants on the beach. We also really enjoyed the town centre of Lagos which is a short drive away. Would recommend a car is hired as the apartment is a short drive from the shops and town centre.
