Completed at the end 2008 this superb villa is one of only seven on an exclusive small development positioned just 2 km from Kalathies in a tranquil setting with spectacular views overlooking hills and olive groves. The property boasts a driveway and parking with private gardens a private pool with sun lounging area to the rear, and two balconies to enjoy the extensive views. There is a fully equipped kitchen including full size fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and washing machine. There is a six-seater dining table and chairs, DVD player with 42' flat screen, along with a double sofa bed. Also downstairs is a shower-room. Upstairs comprises of a double bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobes, and a second bedroom with full size bunk beds and built in wardrobes. Als upstairs is the main family bathroom. All fittings are to an exceptional standard. The villa benefits from 4 x air conditioning units an open fireplace, and a built-in electronic safe. BBQ outside.

Although in a quiet position local amenities are a short drive in Kalathies with bars, tavernas and local shops. Within easy reach by car is Afandou beach which provides quiet areas to relax, and Kolymbia bay has a sandy beach and water sports. Falaraki with its busy tourist centre, shops, bars and nightlife is only 6 km drive away for those requiring a less sedate holiday. A car is highly recommended although there are plenty of local taxis in Kalathies but the convenience of your own transport will allow further exploration of this wonderful Island. Bustling Rhodes Town is to the north with its fascinating historical Old Town and the New Town shopping experience not to mention the vibrant waterfront at Mandraki harbour. Lindos and its famous Acroppolis, and lovely sandy beaches is only 35 minutes away. Anthony Quinn bay made famous in the film The Guns Of Naverone, with the impressively restored Italian ruins at Kalithea where you can try snorkeling or scuba diving, are approx 8 km.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Flights to Rhodes from the UK are usually Wednesdays and Saturdays. Reservations can be held for up to 3 days to allow for the booking of flights. A deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer, full acknowledgment of monies paid will be given. The villa can be occupied from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, all guests must vacate the villa by 11.00am on the day of departure, this is necessary to allow for cleaning of the villa before the next guests arrive, however this may be flexible with prior arrangements. Car hire and Taxis can be booked from the airport, a taxi fare to the villa is approximately 20 Euros.
    Sorry no all male or female groups. There will be a security charge of 200 Pounds, this will be refundable on you return following inspection of the villa. Prices include use of electricity, pool cleaning etc but exclude hire of air conditioning unit, which is charged at £5 per day.

Safety: Although children are welcome to use the pool as with all pools supervision is required at all times. We accept no liability for accident or injury during your stay at the villa and guest must provide their own holiday and travel insurance whilst staying at the property. Towels supplied are for use in the villa only, and guests are asked to supply their own beach towels.

Location: The Villa is one of only 7 on the small and exclusive development Laventi Homes just 2 km from Kalathies on the road between the village and another village Psinthos. Full directions and maps are providing on confirmation of rentals.

Modern and new house well equipped with nice design furnitures. Scpacious with an appreciate garden area and a lovely pool.
The situation is excellent to visit all Rhodes island. relax at pool and close nice beaches (Afantou, Faliraki) and we appreciate particularly Tsambika (sandy long beach).
The view from the main balcony and from pool are relaxing.
This villa is situated near a secondary road but the traffic is very moderate and during the night is all quiet.
The best choice for us and we had been there for two weeks.

Superb villa ideal location

I have been coming to Rhodes for many years and can say without doubt that this villa was the best we have stayed in. It is a brand new villa with ample space for a large family. The living accomodation is versatile and spacious. The swimming pool is a lovely size and most welcome throughout the day. The villa is luxurious and I cannot speak highly enough of it. It has a large garden and is in a quiet rural location next to olive groves where goats can be seen grazing. A car is needed but the nearest beach is only a 10 minute drive and there are many unspoilt villages which must be visited for their great restaurants. With Rhodes Town a 20 minute drive this villa is in an ideal position for touring the whole island.
There are many extras which aren't essential but a nice addition, for example the TV with numerous DVDs and the owners even left books for their guests to read.There is also a welcome pack giving information on the various places to visit.
A most enjoyable holiday for the whole family, young and old, and we are looking to book again for next year. Thanks for a superb holiday. This villa has something to offer for every family.

Lovely villa in a great location that is quiet and peaceful with great views of the hills and olive groves, yet still close enough to the village, the beaches and water-park. The property is furnished to very high standard and as it is virtually brand new (under a year old we understand) the standard of finishing and decor is excellent.

If your looking for a holiday with loads of nightlife nearby and a busy tourist centre, this villa is not for you. If yoru looking for a get away from it all location that is still only a short drive from all of the beaches and attractions, then this is the perfect choice. You will need a car however as the villa is 2 km from the nearest village.

A very good location to relax with a nice pool

The friendly designed and well equipped villa is in a quite region. Around the Villa its possible to make some walks through a peaceful environment. The pool is attractiv and clean. It would be good to have a car – although its possible to walk in ca. 30 minutes to the next little village (Kalithies). From Kalithies there are some buses leaving for example to Faliraki oder Rhodos-Town. Its possible to make holidays with a baby – the owner kindly arranged a baby-cot for us. We enjoyed the time in the villa and we can recommend it!
