A beautifully furnished, comfortable open plan house, sleeps 6. White and light with pale oak flooring in main living area; patio doors along the length of the back of the house give way to stunning views over the village and towards the sea. There is a long decked, glazed balcony accessible from each living room, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing 'al fresco'. Upstairs in the sitting room a comfortable corner sofa seats at least 6 there's a wood burner for the occasional chilly evening. It's open plan to a 'family room' suitable for a quiet moment or to relax with the papers and an arch to a big white kitchen with table and seating for 6. Step out onto the balcony to savour the peace and the views. A bedroom with King size bed and a shower room with WC completes upstairs. Downstairs the master has a super king bed with patio doors to the garden. There is a bathroom with bath, WC, basin and a twin bed room. Access to garden where there is a stream - children should be supervised.

Surrounded by beautiful National Trust land and the South West Coastal path, Gorran Haven is a quiet seaside village with a shop, pub, restaurant and beach side cafe. There is a family friendly beach at the end of the village road and a further stunning beach just around the headland only accessible on foot. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Eden Project are both within easy drives as is the Cathedral city of Truro. Local farm shops provide excellent produce and main supermarkets are a 25 minutes drive away.
