The Finca is in the village of Soller, at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range .In an area known as the 'Valle de los Naranjos' or the Orange Grove Valley. Is situated at only 5 minutes drive from Port of Soller and the historic Soller town. The property is set in 60,000 square metres of grounds, 10,000 of which are planted with orange and lemon trees that surround the house. The Finca is more than 500 years old and has been recently restored to offer all modern day comforts but retaining its character. As before was runned as a luxury hotel in the countryside it has all the facilities and equipment to guarantee that you have a pleasant stay.The 6 Double rooms are all with ensuite bathrooms and with satellite TV, airconditioning , heating . There´s internet connection in the living room. The terrace is very quite and has wonderful views to the Tramuntana mountains. There´s a big mulberrry tree and lots of plants and flowers in the terrace area. BBQ outside.

The situation of the Finca its really good between Soller and the Port of Soller and with views to the mountains. Soller is an elegant town in the well known Orange groove Valley. The lively village has a rich architecture beautiful modernists houses and some buildings made by a disciple of Gaudí. In the centre of the town there´s a beautiful square with lots of pavements cafés and restaurant and a unique vintage tram that goes to the Port is passing by very often. The Port of Soller has a sandy beach on one side of the bay and on the other side there´s a Port with lots of delicious Tapa´s Bar and fish Restaurants. In the area is also well worth to visit the picturesque villages of Fornalutx, Biniaraix and Deià ( at 10 and 20 minutes drive distance).

  • As the house have 6 Rooms all with en-suite bathrooms but it can bee booked from 4 people ( of course for sole use of them ) , the prices are depending on the number of guests or rooms used.
    The rental period is usually for a week but depending on the availability we could be flexible.

    Note : We don´t charge any extras for the final cleaning and pool maintenance.
  • Services:

    The guests’ bedrooms will be cleaned every Wednesday (a thorough clean and change of sheets).

    To keep the rest of the house in order, a cleaner will work exclusively in the communal areas of the house on a daily basis (except on Sundays and public holidays). She will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the terrace, swimming pool, entrance and lounge, always at a reasonable hour in the morning and without causing any inconvenience to guests.

    If guests would like their rooms to be cleaned daily, dishes washed, etc., the cleaner will be at their disposal at the rate of € 10 an hour. She must always be contracted prior to the guests’ arrival in order to organise the work.
  • In order to confirm a booking a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.
