Villa Ami has just being built to a very high standard at just 300 m from a gorgeous white sandy beach. Accommodation is on two floors and comprises of: dining living room with cooking area, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (one en suite), cloakroom. The villa is surrounded by a paved garden and has the benefit of private swimming pool, outside shower and built in barbecue. PLEASE NOTE THAT PICTURES OF THE LIVING AREA WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE SOON! Villa Ami is located in Torre delle Stelle a gorgeous environmentally protected area at short driving distance from the airport (37 km), Cagliari (35 km) and Villasimius (20 km) on the wonderful South East coast. It is at short walking distance from the beach (300 m) and at short walking distance from the shops, restaurants, cafes and pizzeria. around 500 m away there is a park with a playground for young childres and during the July and August there is evening entertainment.
