Three bedroom air conditioned villa situated on a prestigious complex just a few minutes walk from local bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and bank. A few minutes drive to the blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor marina. The golden mile strip of cosmopolitan Cabo Roig with its extensive choice of late bars, international cuisine and nightlife is all within easy walking distance. Perfectly located within a two mile radius are Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin golf courses. The property is furnished to a very high standard and has a well equipped kitchen. Off street parking, furnished sun terrace, balcony and private roof solarium with views of the Mediterranean Sea. Open plan kitchen/lounge area, with two leather sofas, TV, DVD player, two twin and one double bedroom. Ground floor shower room. Family bathroom with power shower and massage jets. The communal pool with a shallow area for young children and the safe play area is situated just yards away.

Campoamor is situated in the south of Costa Blanca, the area has an average annual temperature of over 20 degrees centigrade and 340 days sunshine a year. Playa Golf II is located amongst 3 excellent golf courses. Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas all less than a 5 minute drive away. There are a further 12 golf courses within a 30 minute drive, of which 5 are championship courses. The area has a selection of beautiful beaches which can be reached along the coastal pathway. La Zenia beach hosts a variety of watersports, sun bed hire, volley ball, tapas and beach bar. Campoamor marina with is stunning array of boats, water activities and traditional seafood restaurants is only minutes away. There are many local activities for families such as visiting the Aquopolis water park, the safari park, the caves or the funfair by Torreveija marina. Alternatively, head to the countryside and enjoy the scenery of olive and almond trees, orange and lemon groves plus the two large salt lakes.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non refundable deposit of £50.00 per week is required on booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Payment is required in full for bookings made within 6 weeks of the departure date.
  • A fully refundable security deposit of £100, is due with the final payment no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. This is held as a security deposit against any breakages or losses and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property by our agent and the return of the keys. The final payment can be paid direct by BACS into the owners account or by cheque payable to the owner.
  • A departure cleaning & laundry charge of 50 Euros is payable on arrival, this includes the laundry of all towels and linen provided at the villa. (Beach towels are not included) Our local agent will meet and greet you, show you to the property and give you a set of keys. Information on airport transfer costs, local car hire and a welcome pack can be provided on request. Air conditioning is included in the price of your holiday

The house was really lovely and accurate regarding the above description. The area is very clean and quite. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The swimming pool was also very clean and well kept. There are lots of lovely restaurants and great beaches that are located only couple minutes driving from the house. The weather was great all the time. I would definitely recommend this property.
