This a beautiful 3 bed/ 2 bath villa on the prestigious Altos De La Laguna, Quesada urbanisation, with private community pool and toddler pool set in garden area within 20 metres. Central for all amenities & beaches. Furnished to a very high standard offering all comforts. There is DVD & sat. TV (with all main UK channels), heating and air conditioning to all rooms. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom with high ceiling and patio doors to sun terrace. Separate bathroom with shower. Downstairs: 2 twin bedrooms, large lounge/ dining room with quality furniture, separate fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath & shower. Outside: barbecue area and terrace with dining furniture.

Ciudad Quesada is on the Costa Blanca conveniently located about 30 minutes drive from either Alicante or Murcia airports. There is a choice of golf courses in the vicinity. The nearest 18 hole course is a 5 minute walk from the villa. Guardamar boasts one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca, being a blue flag beach and is an easy 10 minute drive from the villa. Within Quesada itself you will find a pleasing choice of bars and restaurants as well as local supermarkets, banks, a pharmacy and all the necessary local amenities within easy walking distance. Less than a 5 minute walk from the villa you will find the country club offering a restaurant and bar, bowls, snooker, pool and regular live entertainment.

Facilities in the area: For keen golfers, in addition to the course in Quesada itself, there are three championship courses within easy reach at Campaomar, Villamartin and Las Ramblas. For the children, there is an Aquapark in the vicinity, with a larger one at Torrevieja, and a go-cart track also nearby. There are a variety of local markets on different days through the week, the largest on being in the orange and lemon groves at Guardamar on Sunday. The village is well served with shops, banks, a pharmacy, bars and restaurants, and larger shopping areas are within easy reach by car. Torrevieja, about 20 minutes away, is a bustling and lively seaside town, but there are also quieter and more relaxed groves and walks to explore, including a nature reserve and the local famous salt marshes.

The villa was superb, clean, tidy and well looked after. There were plenty of additional bits and pieces provided within the villa to entertain. The location of the vilas is perfect for a family who want to have a chill out holiday,but have easy access to the aquapark, beaches, supermarkets and social activities by car. The complex/residency is very friendly and the expats are welcoming and offer good friendly advice. The complex is also very secure and has a great pool, super gardens and is ideal for a pieceful family holliday. Wish we had booked for a longer period!!!!!!!!
