This lovely villa is situated in a quiet urbanisation on the eastern side of Nerja with spectacular views over Nerja and the sea. It has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite. A large lounge dining room with access out onto a covered terrace and south facing pool area. The pool can be heated at an extra charge paid locally. There is space to relax by the pool on the sunbeds provided and space to sit, dine and barbeque. Allocated parking place. The Villa has air conditioning in the lounge plus 2 bedrooms and is operated via a coin meter.

Nerja is situated on the eastern side of the Costa Del Sol and is often referred to as the Jewel in the Crown. It is a small resort which still has all of it's old world charm. The heart of Nerja is the Balcon de Europa which comes alive in the summer evenings with street entertainers, painters and people promenading and taking in the atmosphere. Nerja's most famous beach is Burriana which hosts Ayo's Chiringuito where you will find Ayo cooking his famous Paella. Ayo is also one of Nerja's famous people as he and his friends discovered the Caves at Maro a real must for all to see. Burriana Beach is also host to most of the water sports in Nerja and has it's own promenade with plenty of bars restaurants and shops Other more extensive range of water sports can be found in La Herradura some 15 mins away. The 18 hole Baviera Golf Course is just 15 minutes away and large shopping centre El Ingenio close by. Nerja is an ideal choice for all year round vacations due to it's moderate climate.
