Tastefully decorated modern, 2 bed apartment, which sleeps 5, situated in Nueva Andalucia a 10 min walk from Puerto Banus. The Apartment comes with air-con,TV/DVD. The lounge is spacious and airy with comfortable sofas and large dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob and ironing facilities. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space, there is one family bathroom. There is a terrace which is accessed from the lounge, which incorporates a comfortable seating area perfect for al fresco dining. The swimming pool area is very child friendly and can be seen from terrace, has plenty of sun loungers available for use. This is a small low-rise gated complex of only 55 Andalucian style apartments, with shops, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket all within 1 min walk. Local amenities include golf, tennis, and the famous Saturday market nearby.

The beautiful town of Marbella 6 km away, boasts a wealth of shops and restaurants. A visit to Orange Square is a must. San Pedro offers shops and cafes in the old town which has a great Spanish feeling and well worth a visit. Gibraltar is only 56 km away, and has great duty free shopping.
