Photos and Description of this Cabo Roig holiday house A 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom quad house which sleeps up to 6 adults

The property benefits from having its own garden and off road parking. There are plenty of places to take advantage of the south facing position with a large covered ground floor terrace, a private terrace to the main bedroom and a large roof top terrace. Downstairs there is a spacious living area which has been furnished to a very high standard. The lounge offers a double sofa bed and armchair, coffee table and TV unit with Television (UK Channels) and DVD. The dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs and a matching sideboard. There is also a hot and cold air conditioning unit in the living area and 2 electric heaters in the property for the cooler months. The American kitchen is fully fitted and provides all the equipment to make your stay a pleasant one with a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave oven, washing machine and even a dishwasher.

Food and Drink: The property is situated in a very popular area for tourists who want to spend their holiday in a relaxed environment with the benefit of all the necessary amenities close by. The area is well served by shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, many within walking distance. Local amenities are within walking distance. Beaches and Golf Courses: The choice of blue flag beaches (local weather) is endless and for the golfer there are championship courses within a 10-minute drive. Car hire is recommend for golfers and site seeing. Airports and Travel: Situated 45 minutes south of Alicante and 20 minutes north of Murcia airports, makes this a very accessible location that has a lot to offer. Taxis from Murcia airport should cost around €30 one way. Pickup services are also available for airports / golf / shopping trips (POA)

Villa in Cabo Roig

I visited Cabo Roig and stayed at this villa for one week and had a great time.

The villa is very comfortable, safe and clean with all the amenities you need for a self catering holiday. There is a fantastic roof terrace and nice clean pool nearby.
The villa is a short walk to the main strip in Cabo Roig where there are many great restaurants and bars to choose from. The beach is only a 10 minute walk from the villa.
The customer service was very good, our transport was arranged to and from the airport and when we arrived we were greeted by Carol, she showed us around the house and was always available if needed.

Overall my experience at this villa was brilliant and I will definitely be making a trip back there in the near future.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

had a lovely relaxing holiday at this villa. The villa is ideally situated - just a short walk to bars and restaurants. Transport was arranged from and to the airport. The villa was clean and well maintained and we were met at the villa by Carol who was very helful.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
