Closely situated to Claremont's CBD, the property is surrounded by restaurants, businesses and Claremont's shopping district (which includes the well known Cavendish Square shopping centre). Suitable for holiday visitors or business people wishing to stay in the heart of Cape Town's southern suburbs. It is also very closely located to first class medical facilities, including Kingsbury Hospital, which makes this an ideal place to recover from surgery in privacy and comfort.
