This beautiful apartment includes a large fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washing machine/tumble dryer. The sitting room area includes sky television and there is also a large outside terrace for BBQs and seating area which is surrounded by a large garden with spectacular sea views. The apartment itself is situated only a five minute walk from the beach and local bars and restaurants. It is a completely separate apartment which is surrounded by gardens, set off a driveway within the hils but also located off a cliff top road over looking the sea. It is located in the quiet north west end of the island of Ibiza in Cala St Vincent which is 10 minutes drive from the local San Carlos village and only half an hour from Ibiza town by car. A quiet exclusive spot , set in the mountains over looking the sea in a relaxing environment.

Nearest Airport: 30-40 minutes at 25 Kilometres
Car: recommended
Cala St Vincent is located in the North West of Ibiza. The apartment is set in the mountains with spectacular sea views and only 5 minutes walk from the local beach and bars and restaurants. It is located only 10 minutes drive from the nearest village of San Carlos which includes the famous 'Bar Anita' and the hippy market every Saturday at Las Dallias. Cala St Vincent is the quiet end of the island with beautiful mountain walks up 'alla dins'. Cala St Vincent is only 30 minutes by car from the old historic Ibiza town and cathedral and shops. It is a 30-40 minute transfer from the Ibiza airport. San Antonio is the opposite end of the island but still only a 45 minute drive to all the tourist attractions and where you can take boat trips, parasending and most water sports are available. Cala St Vincent is also only a 15 minute drive by car from Santa Eularia which also offers all watersports and the nearest town with tourist shops and many busy bars and restaurants, some on the marina.

The living room area ia large including two large sofas and the bedroom area has a large king size bed. The kitchen also has ample space, many units and a kitchen table which can seat 4 people. There is a cleaner that comes in twice a week.

we stayed there for one week and it was a perfect holiday!!! the appartement is really great and everything we needed was there. it was for us the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ibizian summer...
clare and oliver were always helpful and they did everything, to make our stay comfortable. we hope, to spend our next holidays one more time in this great environment...
