A charming bijou apartment located in a stunning 1920's building. Just a short stroll from the Promenade Des Anglais and central to patisseries, and markets. The space has elaborate cornices, original parquet flooring and french antique furnishings. This apartment will make your stay a very elegant French experience. Sitting room with full length French doors leading to a small balcony, kitchen, bedroom to sleep 2 and shower room.

We stayed in Christine's lovely apartment for 3 nights in July during a 10 week trip around Europe. Of all of the places we stayed (in both hotels and other apartments) this was most definitely one of the best! The apartment was absolutely beautiful - spacious and spotless, we just loved it! It was also extremely well located (just minutes from the beach by foot) and well equipped, with everything we needed to make our stay in Nice even more wonderful than we had hoped! Christine was incredibly helpful and kind, responding right away to any emails we sent and providing us with easy-to-follow directions to the apartment from the train station. I would highly recommend this apartment, and hope to return one day soon! Thanks Christine!!!

A chic apartment in a beautiful building.

Smallish but very clean. Christine was looking outside for us in
case we missed it. She had provided bottled water and wine in the fridge. Everything went very smoothly.
We followed her recommendation and spent a great day in St Paul de Vence for the cost of 2 euros bus fare each!
The only drawback was noisy traffic at certain times,but this was to be expected in a central location.

Stayed in Christine's Great apartment from 06 Sept. to 11 Sept 09. From the off, Christine was very helpful and replied to e-mails straight away. She gave us easy directions from airport using public Transport (15 Mins). Apartment was as described and clean and tidy. Everything in there was as described (even a bottle of wine in fridge). Apartment was secure and central to everything and directions from the apartment to town/beach/buses etc was as described in the helpful book in the lounge. First time we have visited Nice and this apartment made the visit even more enjoyable!!! Would not hesitate recommending this great little place to anyone visiting Nice. Wonderful cozy apartment!

Stayed at this beautiful apartment whilst exploring the south of France. Fairly small but spotless! Owner was fantastic and greeted us at the apartment and was very helpful! Great location, short walk to the Promenade and walking distance to the train station. Highly recommend!
