One of the few seaside houses available for rent on the Costa Smeralda with beautiful sea views from the bedrooms and steps from the villa leading down to the sea. The main villa has 1 double, air-conditioned, ensuite, large terrace, 2 twin bedrooms one with terrace, 1 single room and another bathroom. It has an attractive living room with separate dining area leading on to a large terrace, which runs the length of the villa. The Guest cottage has 2 twin bedrooms and one bathroom. For the last 10 years the law in Italy has not allowed houses to be built within 300 metres of the sea, meaning Su Genepri is one of the very few seaside houses to rent on the Costa Smeralda. There are many beautiful sandy beaches in the Liscia di Vacca bay one being a 5 minute walk from the villa. The villa is a 40minute drive from Olbia, 5 minutes from Porto Cervo town centre, and looks out on to the bay opposite the Hotel Pitrizzia. It has its own private swimming area and sunbathing platform.

A peaceful, unspoiled spot surrounded by juniper trees, overlooking the bay, the mountains and the Maddalena. The villa has steps leading down to the sea. It is 5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach, 300 ms from a pebble beach. 5 minute drive to restaurants, shops, the marina and Porto Cervo. Near a plethora of bars, restaurants and water sports facilities.

Notes: There is a large terrace looking out over the bay which covers the length of the villa. The villa has a separate dining table on the terrace so you can eat outside. It has 5 sun loungers for sunbathing on the terrace. it has steps down to the sea where there is a platform to swim off/sunbathe. The cottage has its own terrace and from there you can walk to the pebble beach via a private path. There are fans in all the rooms.

abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana in questa bellissima villa in stile sardo, a 50 mt dalla "spiaggia" privata e 200 mt da una splendida caletta di ghiaia.
Dalla villa c'è un panorama spettacolare, sia dal salone, che dalla camera, le ampie terrazze che la circondano sono icredibilmente panoramiche e ventilate.
La villa è arredata con mobili vecchi, ma comunque funzionale. Le terrazze sono allestite con comodi lettini bianchi. E' collocata in posizione indipendente e abbastanza isolata, dalla villa non ti vede nessuno e la discesa al mare è privata. Affaccia difronte al complesso "Pittrizza" e Liscia di Vacca. A 2 minuti di macchina dal centro di porto cervo!!!
