Luxury villa, furnished in modern contemporary style complete with open plan layout incorporating living, dining, family and breakfast area, overlooking large part covered deck complete with south facing screened pool. The villa contains a large games room with pool table, darts board and football table. Accommodation includes two master bedrooms complete with large en suites, one further double room and two twin rooms. The villa comes complete with free internet access and free local and international calls to Ireland and the UK. This beautiful five bedroom villa is located at Sunset Lakes in a secure gated community, three miles south of DISNEY and the community boasts a large lake with boat dock, community swimming pool and a childrens play area. The villa pool deck area is well equipped and comes complete with barbeque, perfect for al -fresco dining. The villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people, please ask for owners' web site.

A wide variety of restuarants are available in nearby Formosa Gardens Village together with a large supermarket. The villa is located near US192 which provides a large range of outlet shopping, attractions and restaurants. Nearby is the themed designed village of Celebration recreating an old world feel while offering a range of amenities. A ten minute car journey brings you to the world renowned International Drive. Within an hours drive you can access beaches on both coast and Kennedy Space Centre.
