The apartment is available for anyone who wants to taste simple quiet and traditional holiday in our island. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 WC, 1 living room, kitchen and a big terrace from where you can enjoy the Greek sunset and the wonderful view to Chora and the sea. The house is located high up close the village of Ioulida (Chora),only 10 minutes walking downhill! There you can find bakery shop, tavernas, bars and mini market. Also you can reach all the beaches by car 10-20 min driving only.

The guesthouse is located with 5-10 min walk from Chora. If you like walking there are several old trekking paths starting from the apartment reaching Otzia, the ancient site of Karthea (don't miss the beach) and others.

Far from all over the life.

The house is very far from the center town (Ioulis) and is quite impossibile to arrive by walk because the street is 2km from 450m of height to 250m of height. By car is possibile but the street is not lighted and the grip of the asphalt is not the best (turn here, turn there, left, right, left, right, 10min to make 2km...).

The house is like the photos, the old lady that lives on the first floor is very sweet, but the house is dirty and full of bugs (spyders, ants -a lot-, bugs with a lot of feets). We went out from there before and we paid 50% off plus the left days (and we said the second day the problems about the bugs). The ants attaked 2 biscuits boxes, the sugar, the honey, the rubbish, and so on. And i have to pay 50% more?

The wind flows ALWAYS, and here (450m height) is very strong.

Is cheaper, but if you want night life and clean is not for you.
