Bellever is a luxurious detached granite lodge set over three floors within the stunning grounds of Bovey Castle. There are 22 lodges tucked away within the grounds of this exceptional estate and each one has it's own characteristics and charm and are a perfect retreat for those seeking either peace and relaxation or action and activities. Bovey Castle itself is a large Edwardian country house set with 368 square miles of grounds with breathtaking panoramic views over the dramatic Dartmoor National Park. Originally built in 1906 as a luxury home and sporting estate, the castle exudes luxury and elegance that will make your break a truly memorable one.

Tavistock is located in the South West edge of Dartmoor National park and is surrounded by the natural beauty of rolling hills and rugged Tors. It is perfectly situated for walking and cycling due to Tavistock’s position between Dartmoor and the Tamar Valley and is also a great place to play golf. Tavistock’s location on the Devon/Cornwall border means that it is ideal for exploring the region with some of the most famous attractions such as the Eden Project within easy driving distance. Although not by the coast, Tavistock is only a short journey from some of the South West’s most beautiful beaches and ports. Or if you prefer only a very short drive, the Tamar valley and of course Dartmoor are right on your doorstep where you can indulge in some of the most spectacular scenery, a profusion of flora and fauna and numerous attractions and activity centres. The town itself is a traditional market town with a lively atmosphere that will not disappoint.
