This newly refurbished duplex apartment is located on one of the most natural and charming coasts on the Mediterranean sea by the Turkish harbour city of Kas. Situated only 250m from the sea the apartment is located on the exclusive Kas Peninsula which is about 8 mins drive or bus/taxi ride from the town. Overlooking the Greek Island of Meis, the peninsula is an ideal “chill out” holiday venue with breathtaking views out to sea. The air-conditioned, self-catering apartment of 80m² is beautifully designed with a large shared 60m² pool. Furnished to an extremely high standard, all 3 bedrooms are fitted with bespoke locally made beds and fitted large wardrobes. It has a double bedroom with balcony with stunning sea views, 1 twin bedroom and a further single bedroom. You have a bathroom upstairs with a shower and a separate downstairs toilet. A fully fitted open plan kitchen with a dining area and sitting area with French doors that open up to a large sun terrace for superb outdoor living.

The lovely harbour town of Kas lies at the foot of the Taurus Mountains and faces the Greek island of Meis, which nestles in the crystal clear blue waters of the Mediterranean sea. Heading away from the harbour is a web of narrow winding cobbled streets lined with an abundance of restaurants, cafes, tea gardens and colourful shops. Kas is truly a resort which retains much of its traditional character, it is unspoilt and non-commercialised, whilst at the same time it manages to offer excellent shopping, dining and an entertaining night scene. Here you can stroll through the many alleys or you can sit under palm trees in one of the cosy cafés and enjoy Turkish hospitality. There are numerous destinations that can be reached from Kas, such as stunning bays and beaches, antique attractions and grandiose mountain/natural landscapes. Numerous sport options like swimming, diving, snorkelling, sailing, hiking, tennis, mountain biking and paragliding provide for an eventful vacation.

  • We are introducing this apartment to the market at a once only special low rate to reflect the fact that the complex gardens are not fully at their best. Reconstruction of the pool will be finished in May and the garden needs some time to recover. But around the apartment new bougainvillea is growing, a newly planted herb garden, and mature jasmine to name a few.
  • - Price includes: linen and towels, all utilities, high-speed WI-FI Internet connection, daily servicing of the pool & garden
    - Extra £50 will be charged for a final cleaning
    - We offer special packages for extended stays from December through to April each year and a 10% discount for a couple in mid season (March, April, May, October).
    - We can help you to arrange private transfers.
    - A 25% deposit to secure the booking payable by bank transfer via pay pal along with a booking form. Balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival along with a £350 security cheque. Acknowledgment of payment(s) will be sent via post.

If you fancy dining al fresco, you can move outside to the terrace. A barbecue allows you to add that special outdoor flavour to fresh sea bass or home made kebabs from the butchers in Kas.
