Spacious deluxe beachfront villa in a small private residential complex. Own infinity swimming pool. Extensive sun lounging areas. Private beach access. The downstairs comprises a large open plan area which includes a sitting area, dining area and kitchen. Large French windows give unparallelled views on to the beach and the ocean. Downstairs also has two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master suite with a huge bedroom and en suite bathroom has its own large upstairs terraces. The villa is in a small private residential complex offering excellent security. Good parking facilities right outside the house.

The beach property is 2.5 kilometres from the town of Aglou Plage on the Atlantic Ocean. 90km south of Agadir International airport. The town of Tiznit is 28km away from the complex. Banks, shops, souk, doctors, hospital, private clinic,, restaurants are all located within the town of Tiznit. 30km from the complex is the small town of Mirlift where local culture has to be seen and experienced. Mirleft also centre for outdoor activities where various activities can be organised.
