This beautiful three bedroom detached villa with private swimming pool is set in the heart of Protaras. The villa is in a very small complex and consists of open plan living to the ground floor. The lounge area has patio doors leading to the terrace which benefits from a pergola affording shade in the summer months and to the private pool and barbeque. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The main bedroom has a double bed and along with the second bedroom has a joined veranda which overlooks the garden area. Also located on this level is the family bathroom which has a bath with shower attachment. The Cyprus Holiday Villa and location are ideal for families and couples.

The villa is located in Protaras and is next to the Green Bay beach. There are bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance and it is only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Protaras and all the amenities of the tourist resort. There are a few restaurants and bars that are to be recommended; the first is the Don Corleone is Protaras centre, for their hospitality and their superb food. They also have a take away service for those who prefer. Another bar is TJ’s for their entertainment and friendly staff.

Ski: In Cyprus, snow-skiing can be enjoyed at Troodos, from the beginning of January to the end of March. The highest point of the Troodos range is Mount Olympus. Mount Olympos is only 3 km, from Troodos hill resort, 12 km from Platres hill resort, and about an hour's drive from the seaside town of Lemesos and the capital Lefkosia. The Cyprus Ski Club possesses four Ski lifts. Two of the lifts are installed on the North Face of Mount Olympus. One is 350 metres long and the other is 500 metres long. The other two ski-lifts are installed at 'Sun Valley' south of Olympus and each is 150 metres long

Golf: Nearest Golf is:- Golf Training Field, Eastern Mediterranean University - Famagusta. This field is established in 2001 to serve golf lovers to do training on this grass field. The artificial hills and sand obstacles make the field much better for the people who want to do training. Reservation and Usage: From Monday to Friday, between 14:00 and 18:00 there is a special instructor who can teach golf for beginners.
