The sophisticated property is located about 3 km from Manacor on a 14,200 m2 property. It is located in an absolutely peaceful location near the city and offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Mediterranean landscape with forests and mountains. The finca is surrounded by cypresses and orange trees and has a large pool (8x13m) with an overflow and a wonderful sitting place for 6 people, a toilet house with a shower and a toilet. In the stunning patio (inner courtyard) from the finca you will find a meditation corner for resting and relaxing. Furthermore, in the spacious inner courtyard you will also find a completely equipped outdoor kitchen with an oven and grill. On all sides of the finca you will find covered terraces with high-quality furnishing (wood and soft steel). Everything is surrounded by well-kept, blooming, Mediterranean plants and a large lawn. The finca has a living space of about 220 m2.

The city of Manacor - mainly known through its "Majorica-peals" - offers all types of services for a larger city: good shopping facilities, including an interesting mixed market (Monday), a daily fruit and vegetable market, parking houses, medicine care (new hospital), police, fire department, train and a lot more. In the shopping centre you can walk through the very beautiful pedestrian zone, enjoy a coffee in one of the bars or street cafes with terraces or go on a stroll in the valleys with a lot of different boutiques and shops full of attractive offers. A destination is the monastery of San Salvador on the highest mountain on the southeast coast (by Felanitx) and just a few minutes by car you will find the charming destinations of the dragon caves and the safari park by Porto Cristo. Very interesting is also the pottery manufacturers and the weekly market in Felanitx (Sundays).
