The Hamptons Beach House is a detached seaside property, within 2 minutes walk of the beach. The house sleeps 10-12 (5 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms) and is situated on the leafy private seaside estate of Angmering-on-Sea. The house has a classical beach style of clapboard appearance with drift wood floors, seaside colours, and a clubby Ralph Lauren feel to it. Unlike most holiday let properties, the furniture, furnishings and artifacts are interior designed to a very high standard with all the comforts of home. Within a 5 minute walk are the delightful villages of Angmering-on-Sea and East Preston with a village shop, seaside kiosk, Indian and Chinese restaurants, surfers’ continental cafe, fish & chip shop, hairdresser, beauty clinic, dentist, 3 pubs and other facilities. The Hamptons Beach House is a newly renovated and refurbished, spacious, detached seaside property, within 2 minutes walk of the beach. The house sleeps 10-12 (5 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms) and is situated on the leafy private seaside estate of Angmering-on-Sea which lies between Littlehampton and Worthing on the West Sussex coast, 15 miles from Brighton and within 90 minutes of London, by train or car. Children welcome, Babies welcome , One well behaved dog welcome (not upstairs or on sofas and chairs and should sleep in the Boot Room) Welcome Hamper (Bottle of wine, bread, butter, milk, eggs and bacon) 1 hour complimentary cleaning each day (more available upon request) No smoking allowed. The village is less than 5 minutes walk – which has almost everything you need - beach kiosk by the sailing club, 3 pubs, restaurants, fish & chip shop, surfers’ continental café, specialist wine merchant, dentist.
