For your leisure there is a TV, CD, DVD player and an extensive library of movies and books - a telescope is also provided for you to look out across the Channel. The apartment provides a great base for touring this popular part of North Devon and is also Located 100yd from the main high street and within easy walking distance of the historic harbour, shops, restaurants and cinema. Ilfracombe is renowned for its many rocky cove beaches and for sandy, surfing beaches, Woolacombe is within a short drive - we even provide the bucket and spade!

As you can imagine with it's busy historic Harbour, boats play an important role in the life of Ilfracombe and a holiday there would not be complete without schedulling a day's boat trip over to Lundy Island or a cruise along the idyllic Devon coast line to view some of this country's rare wildlife.   • We ask that you pay a £50 deposit to secure the booking and the balance is paid 6 weeks prior to the booking. All holidays booked within 6 weeks must pay the full amount upfront.
    A £50.00 refundable deposit is payable with final balance for all bookings, which will be refunded following a house keepers inspection. We do offer short breaks out of school holidays, with 2 NIGHT BREAKS BEING 75% OF THE WEEKLY RENTAL PRICE, 3 NIGHTS ARE 80%, 4 NIGHTS 85% AND 5 NIGHTS 90%.

'Waverley' in Ilfracombe is well situated to explore all that North Devon has to offer. The North Devon coastal path encompasses a variety of countryside from the mighty hogback cliffs of Great Hangman, to the sweeping golden sands and the wild surf at Woolacombe, and the calmer waters of the estuary of Taw and Torridge rivers. Walking the coastal path is extremely popular with visitors to the area but there are many other attractions such as golfing, cycling, horse riding, kayaking, sailing or surfing. There are many attractions and places to visit around Ilfracombe such as the RHS gardens at Rosemoor which is acclaimed throughout the world. With so many villages and coastal towns to visit you won't know where to start but be sure to try and take a day trip to the famous Clovelly with it's cobblestone streets and small harbour. However you choose to spend your time during your stay at Waverley apartment, no doubt you will have an unforgettable experience.
