This beautiful air-conditioned penthouse apartment with every amenity from washing machine to 32inch flat screen TV includes a private 60 square metre solarium offering fantastic views of the golf course, club house and of the beautiful mar manor. The gorgeous 18-hole, par 72 golf courses was designed by Dave Thomas and is fast becoming a favourite for golfers. There are good sized communal pools right next to the apartment but a 5 minute drive will take you to the long sandy beaches belonging to beautiful shallow lagoon waters of the mar manor, relaxing on the beach or playing in the sea is made easier due to the near 300 days a year sunshine and access to the private Roda beach resort can be found here via private water taxi. The beach runs along the base of the quaint and typically Spanish town of Los Alcazares where a great selection of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities can be found.

Apart from the many surrounding golf courses (world famous la Manga 20 minutes drive, Polaris world 10 minutes ) there are many other ways to occupy your time in this beautiful area...either along the extensive beaches of mar manor, known to be the largest salt water lagoon in Europe, which are 5 minutes drive away and offer every possible water sport for those who don’t wish only to sunbathe or perhaps visiting historic Murcia city, 20 minute drive in land or the port town of Cartagena which is 25 minutes south of the resort....Alicante is 40 mins north of Roda...so loads to do for the family holiday makers looking for more than golf !
