Superb 2 / 3 bedroom family Villa (sleeps up to 7 persons) with Private swimming Pool and Jacuzzi Hot Tub. The villa is set over one level and consists of a Spacious Breakfast / Dining room , large living room with comfortable seating for 6 persons , TV with UK Satellite system, kitchen with all appliances inc dish washer, Double bedroom with en suite shower room . Bedrooms 2 and 3 are adjoining. In bedroom Two are 2 single beds and Bedroom Three has 2 single beds arranged as bunk beds. There is an additional sofa bed for guest 7. The villa has air conditioning to all rooms. Outside is a Private Swimming Pool (6 meters x 3 meters) plus a Jacuzzi Hot Tub , 6 sun beds, Table and chairs , umbrella , BBQ + Pool side bar with drinks fridge. Nearest restaurants bars cafes supermarket etc are within 2 minutes walk with many more only 5 -10 minutes walk, 2 local water parks (open Mid June to mid Sept ) are within 5 minutes drive. Nearest beach is a 7 minute drive.

San Luis is a peaceful residential area set besides the famous pink salt lakes of Torrevieja. The neighbourhood is mainly detached villas with private gardens. Just a few minutes walk from the villa are a small selection of restaurants, bars and newsagents, within 5 - 10 minutes walk a bigger selection can be found . the nearest Beaches are at Gaudamar (less than 10 minute drive in the car).
