Wir haben die Wohnung im Mai 2009 bewohnt.
Die Beschreibung im Internet ist zutreffend und nichts beschönigt. Sehr gut ausgestattet, großzügig, sauber, gepflegt, wohnlich eingerichtet. Lage verkehrsgünstig, Straßenbahn, Bus direkt vor der Tür. Gewachsene Wohngegend. Alles was man braucht, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Markthalle, Banken, ÖPNV-Verkaufsstelle, Internetcafe und sogar Polizei in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auto überflüssig und in Lissabon eher eine Belastung. ÖPNV ist gut und billig. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebenso die Concierge und die Hausbewohner, zu denen wir kurz Kontakt hatten. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Eine bestimmt sehr gute preiswerte Alternative zu einem Hotel.
In jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen.
