Rental Rates and Included Services: Rentals are from £2,750 for a two night short break to £7,500 for Christmas,New Year and Summer weeks. Included Services - Welcome hamper. Heated swimming pool. Towels and bed linen - however, you will need to supply your own beach towels. Cots – please advise which rooms you would like them put in. High chairs. Utility bills, excluding phone. Daily hearth cleaning and log replenishment. Cleaner - for 3 hours each day. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs (welcome on ground floor only). Complimentary magazines and national newspapers. BBQ facilities. Broadband access. DVD, video and CD library. Grocery delivery - you order via tesco and we will unpack and put away. Fully stocked library with novels, cookery books, reference books etc. Children’s books. i-Pod speakers in each room. Games - Backgammon, Monopoly, Scrabble, Poker and playing cards. Children's Toys. Sky TV. 2 computers, 2 printers, fax machine.

Outside Area: There are two main outside eating areas and the feel in the garden is very much one of a traditional English country garden, with the sound of waves lapping in the distance. The BBQ area seats up to 24. There is also a wood chipped play area with slide and swing. Large Heated Swimming Pool.
