This newly built 6-person villa is fitted with every comfort you could wish for and has stunning views out across the surrounding hills and partly the Mediterranean Sea. It has a private swimming pool in the well kept garden, which is planted with nice bushes and trees, giving it a typical Mediterranean character.
Next to the house there is a spacious terrace from where you can see the swimming pooll (and keep an eye on your children) The private swimming pool is situated in a lower part of the well kept garden and can be reached via a set of stairs. The pool is surrounded by grass and there is garden furniture available (including pool chairs).
The spacious and modernly decorated living/dining room has a sitting area and a dining area. The room is fitted with a television, DVD-player, sound system and telephone. You also have a ADSL internet connection, which means you'll have internet access with you notebook. From the living room you have direct access to the garden terrace through the double door.
The luxurious open 'American' styled kitchen is fitted with all comforts you can imagine. You'll find a large cooler/freezer-combination, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is also a nice breakfast bar where you can sit at.
The house is built with three spacious 2-person bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, fitted with a shower. Each bedroom is also fitted with a television set. Two bedrooms are furnished with continental double beds, one bedroom is furnished with two single beds.
The washing machine is located in the garage. There is also a barbecue available to use. There is a private parking facility next to the house. A short 600m walk downhill takes you to the steps leading to the grocery store, bars, local restaurants and sandy cove beach of Sa Riera itself!
