This beautifully presented one bedroom apartment is located in one of the Costa de Sol's most renowned resorts that prides itself on catering for your every need. The Sol Andalusi resort is set amongst 150,000m2 of well tended gardens and offers over 2000m2 dedicated exclusively to health and beauty, including a magnificent spa, indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor pools, gymnasium, tennis and paddle tennis courts. Other onsite facilities include a theatre, cinema, bar, and a mini market. A separate fee is applicable for some of the amenities. Situated close to Malaga City, the fantastic beaches of the Costa del Sol and numerous golf courses whilst being only 15min from the international airport. The apartment consists of a lounge/dining area, American style fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, double bedroom, satellite TV, and ample terrace area with loungers overlooking the gardens. Near to the town of Alhaurin de la Torre looking towards the mountains of Mijas. The apartment is near the quaint town of Alharin el Grande and the well known village Mijas is the other side of the mountains. The area is mainly agricultural with groves of oranges, lemons and olives. Close by is Lauro Golf or only 15 minutes and you could be on the beach or playing golf at the Parador Golf course. there are plenty of typical restaurants in both Alhaurins' or in Mijas. Further afield is the castle at Moda (Hotel /Restaurant), Coin or Marbella some 30 mins. The other way takes you to the coast of Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola all easily accessible by car.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit would be required but this is negotiable depending upon length of stay and to secure the booking. Normally full payment is required at least 1 month before occupancy. In addition a security deposit equivalent to 15% of the booking will be due but refundable provided there is no breakages or damage.
  • SPECIAL!: For 2009 only if you book 2 weeks during July/Octoberr 50% discount will be applied to the second week. Only onfull payment of first week rate.
    Longer rentals for 2009/2010 will be given preferential rates.
