A new 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the 3rd fairway and green, with mountain and lake views from the spacious balcony. Adjacent to the apartment is a large swimming pool. The apartment will accommodate 4 people comfortably and offers twin single beds in each bedroom, which are also air-conditioned, as is the lounge/dining area. For cool evenings, the apartment also has gas radiator central heating. The underground car park provides secure parking and keeps your car cool. There are lifts to all floors. The resort surrounds a stunning 175 acre Nicklaus designed championship quality, par 72, 18-hole golf course. The resort has 24-hour security and the low construction density allows for vast expanses of open land with fairways, greens, gardens and lakes all of which add to the atmosphere of luxury and tranquility. The golf club offers a driving range, putting and chipping greens and a fully stocked pro-golf shop.

Hacienda Riquelme is on the site of one of the most important country estates in Murcia. The resort has been built around the beautiful, historic Hacienda and manages to conserve the charm and romanticism of the past with the luxury of the most modern of comforts. The area is surrounded by citrus groves and beautiful rolling countryside, yet enjoys easy access to beaches, airports and the historic city of Murcia.
