Two one bedroom, one living-room, one bathroom and kitchen apartments, located in one of central Lisbon's most influential residential areas. The bedroom includes two single beds, which can be joined according to need, and 1 full size wall wardrobe. The kitchen is small but equipped with a washing and drying clothing machine, fridge and freezer, induction cooking top, microwave, electric water-heater and a full set of eating utensils. The living and dinning room is composed of a a dinning table for 4, a sofa, which opens up as a double bed, and a TV set. RECENTLY PAINTED AND REFURNISHED.

The apartment is located at Antonio Augusto d'Aguiar Avenue, near Fontes Perreira de Mello Avenue and the Marques de Pombal square, one of Lisbon's prime tourist attractions. It is a few meters away from Lisbon's biggest park, Parque Eduardo VII, as well as department stores such as Zara and El Corte Ingles (both located on the same street as the apartment). In this area you will also find some of the best hotels in lisbon, as well as the cultural centre Calouste Gulbenkian, which regularly hosts operas, conciertos (gigs) and art exhibitions. Down from Marques de Pombal is Lisbon's great leisure/high street, Liberdade Avenue, which leeds to the downtown area, Baixa-Chiado and Bairro Alto. You can also easily get the Metro to Cais do Sodre station and there catch a train to the small fishing village of Cascais or the holiday retreat of Estoril. A scarce 2 Km from the apartment is Entre Campos station, where a train can be caught to the quaint and romantic town of Sintra.

  • 1.) Booking -- reservations are assured after the payment of 30% of the price of stay, by means of a bank transfer.
    -- the remaining price must be paid until 30 days before the intended time of stay.
    -- any alteration to the intended dates or period of stay will only be accommodated if possible.
    -- a security deposit of €200 in cash is required upon entry (against receipt), to cover any damage or extra expenses. If the house is returned in proper conditions, this deposit will be refunded personally when your stay is over or by means of a bank transfer within 2 weeks of your leaving the house.
  • 2.) Cancelation -- In the event of client cancelation, any payments made until that time are non-refundable.
  • 3.) Insurance -- we recommend that clients take on independent insurance, seen as, although the property is insured against fire and other insurable hazards, this does not cover guests belongings.
    -- moreover, the insurance does not cover any damage to property or furniture caused by misuse or any intentional or negligent behavior is also not insured, and therefore is at the risk and responsibility of guests.
