Beautiful, centrally located, ground floor apartment, 30 seconds from the water front. 5 mins walk from the marina and close to the restaurants and shops of fashionable Pto. Andratx.There is a very large communal pool as well as a baby pool attached.. The kitchen is fully equiped with all utinsels neccessary for entertaining and baking, as well as a private terrrace for sunbathing and a large table for alfresco dining.Each bathroom is marble, has a bath and an over bath shower, there is air con and British satelite tv, as well as some Spanish and German channels. All floors are marble tiled and it is very comfortable.

The harbour of Pto. Andratx is very picturesque and well kept. Puerto Andratx is a very fashionable location in Mallorca, with a beautiful marina and chic waterside cafes and restaurants. The beach is a ten minute walk and there are numerous golf courses within a short driving distance. There are activities such as sailing, scuba diving, with several beaches close by. It is not necessary to have a car in the village but it is useful if you should wish to visit the nearby town of Andratx or the beaches of St. Elmo , Camp de Mar or to visit Palma.There are a number of yacht charter companies from which to hire small or large boats and water-skiing can also be arranged.The atmosphere is friendly and low key and it is very safe for children. Teenagers will also find plenty to do here.

  • The property is available from the 13th Nov 2009 until April 13th 2010 at 170 Eur / day, (119 Eur/week). After April 13th 2010 the property is rented at 180 Euros per day.,1260/week.There is a cleaning fee of 100Euros at the end of the stay and a caution deposit of 500 Euros refundable on leaving the apartment. To secure the reservation, a payment of 50% is required in advance.If a cleaner is required during the stay, one can be provided for an additional fee to be arranged in advance.There is a damage deposit of 500 Eur payable on arrival, this will be returned within a week of the property being vacated.
