Here you may relax and take in the views across the valley from the comfort of the 2 sofas, one of which is a full size sofa bed. The dresser, lamp cupboard and small chest give plenty of storage. Two windows that look out over the courtyard are fitted with wooden slat blinds, while cream cotton curtains dress the south facing French doors. The flat screen TV is wall-mounted, DVD, sky-box (for your own card from home) and mini hi-fi stereo system.
The dining area has an expendable table and six chairs. Low lighting and down lighters complete the easy living feel in this contemporary room.
Kitchen and Utility Area:
Door leads from the living space into this well-appointed shaker style oak fitted kitchen, with valley views. Tiled floor. Frigidaire larder fridge, electric fan assisted oven, Calor gas hob with stainless steel extractor chimney. All you need for a stress free holiday is available, including Whirlpool dishwasher, microwave, toaster. The Rayburn gives the country feel to the room (for use in the winter season). There is a stable door to the courtyard to let the cool air flow through. Door leading to the lobby from the kitchen, with window looking onto farmhouse courtyard.
Laundry facilities: are situated in the utility store adjacent to the front elevation of the property housing the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a small freezer and plenty of storage for sports equipment and outdoor clothing.
Garden:
South facing enclosed garden, accessible from the living space through the double French doors onto a patio area. Six seater table, chairs and parasol. Enjoy the views across the valley while you lay on the 2 loungers provided, you may see the deer, geese, pheasants or other wild life we have in abundance. Or just soak up the country atmosphere as you listen to the sounds around you. All this while you may be luxuriating in an alfresco breakfast or barbequing on the terrace. It will be one of the best dining areas you will ever experience.
