Within easy reach of the golden sands of Saunton and just 10 minutes from the famous surf of Croyde bay, Allerfield is a delightful, welcoming holiday home – bright and spacious, set in a charming landscaped garden and located in a quiet residential part of the village of Braunton. The village has a wealth of shops including many surf shops, cafes & restaurants, great village pubs and supermarkets – all a few minutes’ level walk away . This is a stylish and practical 3 bedroom chalet bungalow with flexible accommodation making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Freshly decorated, light, bright and spacious throughout, the property is charming with a sunny aspect and plenty of character. The large garden is prettily planted and has the added bonus of a large selection of children’s play equipment – something for everyone!

The North Devon Coast For spectacular scenery and beautiful beaches whatever the season, there's no better place in England than North Devon coast and in particular Croyde. The beaches are recognised as possibly some of the finest and cleanest in Europe - with two miles of soft golden sand, plenty of rock pools and amazing surf. The coastline is as rugged as it is beautiful dotted with magnificent cliffs, tiny cove and picturesque harbours. It was once the haunt of smugglers, pirates and wreckers and the fascinating history is retold in many small museums along the coast. Today visitors who love Henry Williamson's famous Tarka the Otter can retrace Tarka's journey by following the Tarka Trail. Croyde is ideally located within easy reach of the harbours of Clovelly and Lynmouth which are also perfect places to relax. Meander through the streets of Lynmouth and take a ride on the unique water powered cliff railway to the twin town of Lynton which is perched high on the cliffs.

Lounge: A fabulous room for relaxing, overlooking the delightful garden and comfortably furnished with two large leather sofas, armchair and occasional chair. Entertainment provided by TV, DVD player, Sky full package, CD stereo system. French windows open onto the terrace (3 steps down) with dining furniture – table, chairs and parasol – and barbecue.

Kitchen and Utility Area: Kitchen/Diner Very well equipped with modern units, gas hob, electric double oven & grill, multi-function microwave, upright fridge/freezer (2 drawers), dishwasher and extremely well equipped for your self-catering holiday. Dining area with pine table and chairs, separate traditional walk in larder with slate shelves. A lean-to covered area leads to Utility Room with butler sink, washing machine, tumble drier and additional freezer.

Garden: The large, double-volumed garden is prettily planted and has the added bonus of a large selection of children’s play equipment – something for everyone! To the front of the property is off street parking on a gated, graveled driveway for 3 cars. The south-facing back garden is also fully enclosed with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue for al fresco dining. For the boys there is a built-in half-pipe skateboard ramp. At the bottom of the garden is a separate children’s play area having Wendy house, football net, swings, rocker and 14’ trampoline with safety net.
