Garden: The garden is fully enclosed with a sunken deck which is a sun trap enjoying the sun all day long, the ideal place to enjoy a BBQ (not provided) or a glass of wine in the evening. The other half of the garden is lawned with pretty planting and a vegetable patch that you may help yourself to.There is access to the garden via the alley at the side of the property or through the kitchen.

Kitchen : The fully equipped modern kitchen with gas cooker,fridge freezer and microwave opens into a breakfast room looking onto the garden with a breakfast bar, dishwasher and washer/dryer built into the shaker style cabinets.
