La Peninsula entire complex is the combination of the four bedroom, four bath main house and the two bedroom, two bath casita. La Peninsula main house is truly a gorgeous two story beach home with four bedrooms and four private baths, each with an ocean view, wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood or fire logs). Each floor has two bedrooms and all beds are king size. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and blender. Other amenities include ceiling fans, a living room with wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood or fire logs), patio furniture and built-in charcoal barbecue. Situated on the same property as La Peninsula, is this lovely two-story casita. Upstairs is a master bedroom suite with king size bed, wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood or fire logs), a large bathroom with his and her sinks, and a large patio with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. Downstairs is the living room/eating area with fireplace and the second master bedroom suite with king size bed and another fireplace. The kitchen has a stovetop, microwave, coffee maker and blender. Other amenities include ceiling fans, patio furniture and covered parking. Owner requests No Smoking and No Pets. Sheets and towels provided.
