In the rural hamlet of Knowle, yet just minutes from the golden sands of Saunton Beach, Woodlands is a beautiful traditional country cottage, formally part of the village Manor House, lovingly and thoughtfully created with a wealth of original features & tremendous charm. The beaches of Croyde, Putsborough & Woolacombe are nearby along with a championship golf course at Saunton and the well-known Tarka trail cycle route. Free seasonal parking permit provided for Saunton Beach. maplink This character home was formally part of the village Manor House; it is set near the woodlands and brooks running through the village. The property has original feature beams, stone niches, deep-set windows and exposed stonework. From Woodlands it is only a short walk to the “village pub”, the Ebrington Arms that is full of character and caters for all ages (including families).
