Outside utility room for all laundry needs & WC. In addition a large lawned garden with children’s play area, parasol seating for 8 people. A really lovely family home and a stunning holiday destination for all. Welcome Pack: All guests, on arrival, will receive a complimentary welcome pack including a Devonshire cream tea and bottle of wine, tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk. When booking, please specify ages of children and whether it is a boy or girl as the owners prepare personalised welcome packs. Please also indicate size/type of dog for the same reason.
