Situated in a quiet country lane on hills overlooking Woolacombe Bay and Lundy Island, it occupies a sunny, level one-third acre plat laid mainly to lawn and surrounded by high hedging providing security and privacy. Approach is over a gravel drive with ample parking for up to 4 vehicles. A garage may be used to store larger items of outdoor activity equipment.

With its heavily beamed ceiling, polished wood floor and comfortable furnishings, it has a warm and cosy atmosphere of considerable charm. A 32’TV, DVD and video player are included.
