Shippen Cottage is situated just one and a half miles from the centre of Braunton, half mile from Saunton Golf Club and one mile from Saunton Beach. This delightful two bedroom character cottage with its wealth of beams and original features has been thoughtfully converted from an old cow byre to provide spacious and comfortable accommodation. maplink From a gravel path across the front lawned area, enter the property through the solid wood, latched door to a light and spacious living area. Solid wood floors throughout the ground floor and white walls show off the lovely beams and feature – including a deep-set window with wood shutters and original cow chains hanging from the walls.
