This lovely property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard, offering contemporary open plan living, with luxury features and fittings. maplink Beach Pad is the equivalent of a contemporary semi-detached apartment and is reminiscent of an exclusive London apartment. The entrance hall is large and features upright radiators, floor-level blue spotlights guide you to the open plan lounge and dining area, as well as a modern kitchen enhanced by the cherry laminate flooring throughout.
