Lounge , Conservatory: The lounge is contemporary with leather suite, TV, Video, DVD, and French doors to conservatory opening onto a very large level garden with endless country views and a brook running through it plus decked area at far end of garden. Light pours into the modern conservatory dining room. Dine and relax in style.

Kitchen: The kitchen serves the lounge and dining room, plus sliding door to garden. There are many wow factors in the form of an American double fridge and freezer. There is a dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you may require for indoor and outdoor entertainment. There is a separate shower room with WC and basin off the kitchen utility room.

Garden: The very large enclosed garden at the rear is a real suntrap, and there is a dedicated driveway at the front.
